Are they flowers…? Many people say that the pom-poms look like mums, and customers love how fun they look and are excited to find something so beautifully different.

Each pom-pom is hand-sewn out of ribbon. The candy tube is made of FDA approved plastic (not glass) and are wrapped on the outside with a smooth ribbon to complete the look. The mirror-finish reflective base is made of hard acrylic, making it nearly indestructible.

It’s never too early to order. Most customers place their orders three to six months ahead of their event date, but a minimum of six to eight weeks is recommended to secure your desired colors and a spot in our production book. We can accommodate most demands for rush orders (orders placed less than 30 days before event date), though a nominal rush fee or additional shipping charge may apply.

One benefit to ordering in advance is the option to enroll in a payment installment plan. It is also easier for us to discount large party orders when given adequate lead time.

This is a common question as most people don’t have a full head count until just a couple weeks before their event date. Not a problem!

Here are a few recommended tip:

Step 1: Make a Solid Guest List (consider a handful of people will not be able to attend)
Step 2: Confirm table set-up with venue; i.e. how many people per table, round vs. long tables, etc.
Step 3: Make a “mock” seating chart. Most people seat in friend groups and family groups. This will help to confirm how many tables there will likely be.

Customers can also add onto an order once it is placed. So don’t worry about getting it right. Just start with the minimum and add on as you go.

Orders are shipped via UPS 3-4 weeks ahead of time in order to ensure smooth delivery and arrival. The pom-poms are boxed separately from the candy tubes, so that they remain full and fluffy. The pom-poms and candy tubes connect by snapping together (like a button) and the imprinted ribbon is already attached to the outside of the tube, making the process literally…a snap!

Bases also snap together easily and resemble a toothbrush holder with specific slots for you to slide your favors into…same as your guests will slide them out to take away at the end of the party.
